Allowed (high-level)
Adult explicit content that depicts consenting adults is allowed, as long as it does not fall into any prohibited category below.
You are responsible for your prompts. If you try to “wordsmith” your way into prohibited content, that’s still a violation.
Not allowed (blocked)
- Any depiction of minors or youth-coded content.
- Any sexual content involving minors (strictly prohibited).
- Non-consensual scenarios, coercion, or sexual violence.
- Content intended to depict harm or exploitation.
- Real-person impersonation.
- Deepfakes or “make X person” style requests.
- Doxxing targets or identity-based harassment.
- Exploitation/trafficking-related content.
- Scat/defecation, vomit, or sexualized menstruation-fetish content.
- Extreme graphic violence, mutilation, dismemberment, or sexualized slaying/murder-scene content.
- Instructions that facilitate abuse, coercion, or harm.
- Any other illegal content.
Quality standard
Slopyfans is a quality-first platform. A minimum resolution is enforced on all generated content for both safety and quality reasons. We may remove content that falls below our quality expectations, even if it doesn't violate any other rule. Intentionally low-effort or spammy generation may lead to account restrictions.
Respect platform safeguards
Do not attempt to break, bypass, or misuse safety controls. We may restrict or disable accounts that attempt abuse or circumvention.
These safeguards protect users and keep the platform stable.
How enforcement works (MVP summary)
- Prompt-time blocks where possible (prevent generation).
- Post-generation policy gates where needed (prevent publish / restrict access).
- Account actions depending on severity and repetition (rate-limits, locks, suspension, disable).
- Illegal behavior: any attempt to abuse the service, bypass safeguards, or facilitate illegal activity is prohibited. Depending on severity, we may preserve logs and report to relevant authorities.
This page is a public summary. Enforcement will evolve. The main rule stays the same: no minors, no non-consent, no real-person deepfakes, no illegal content.
Virtual character chat data
When you chat with a virtual character, we store your conversation so the character can remember you and give you a better experience.
- What we store: your messages, the character’s replies, timestamps, and a summary of key topics and preferences from your conversations (character memory).
- Why: so the character recognises you, remembers what you talked about, and can pick up where you left off.
- How long: chat messages are kept for 90 days. Character memories persist until you clear them.
- Images: if a character generates an image during chat, it’s saved to your private chat collection. These images are never shared publicly and can only be seen by you.
- Your control: you can clear your entire chat history and character memories at any time from your profile settings.
- Who sees it: chat data is used only by the virtual character system. I don’t read your conversations unless investigating a reported safety violation.
The same content rules apply to chat as everywhere else on Slopyfans. Don’t attempt prohibited content through chat prompts.
