Public roadmap (12 months)
Monthly (next 12 months)
- Jan 2026 — Soft launch: invite-only + Patreon supporters. Ship the basics, fix the obvious pain, keep it stable.
- Feb 2026 — Stabilize: bug fixes, guardrails, and better onboarding (invite flow + clearer limits).
- Mar 2026 — Capacity checkpoint: if budget allows, upgrade local GPU; otherwise test offloading options (small, controlled).
- Apr 2026 — Reliability: fewer failures, better logs, fewer edge cases, smoother daily use.
- May 2026 — Scale slowly: increase invites only if the system stays predictable (cost + queue time).
- Jun 2026 — Time/budget decision: if income supports it, reduce full-time hours; otherwise keep steady cadence.
- Jul 2026 — Quality pass: improve outputs and UX without increasing abuse surface (small, reversible changes). Small experiment: gamified group challenges where entries are locked to the challenge during the window (likes counted), then released as normal posts after the challenge ends.
- Aug 2026 — More capacity (if budget allows): either another local upgrade or a more stable farm setup.
- Sep 2026 — Boring stability: fewer incidents, faster recovery, better visibility into failures.
- Oct 2026 — Patreon bridge review: if the product is stable enough, plan first steps of moving perks in-app.
- Nov 2026 — Support load prep: lightweight tools/process so growth doesn’t turn into chaos.
- Dec 2026 — Clean-up month: reduce tech debt, improve clarity, set next year’s direction.
Quarterly (themes)
- Q1 (Jan–Mar): soft launch + early community + keep it stable (hardware decision point).
- Q2 (Apr–Jun): reliability + scale invites without breaking costs (maybe reduce work hours if budget allows).
- Q3 (Jul–Sep): quality + capacity upgrades (local vs farm) + boring stability.
- Q4 (Oct–Dec): prepare a future off-Patreon path + reduce maintenance burden.
1-year direction
- Stable enough that adding users doesn’t break the site.
- Costs stay predictable (Coins + tiers actually protect the budget).
- Trust anchors stay aligned with reality (policy/roadmap/updates).
- Patreon works as a bridge, with a path to move perks in-app later if the product earns it.
Never (commitment)
- Deepfakes / real-person impersonation
- Minors / youth-coded sexual content (zero tolerance)
- Non-consent / coercion / sexual violence
- Automation that posts content publicly without explicit human approval
- Unlimited usage promises (“free forever”)
