Terms of Service

This is a plain-language version of the rules for using Slopyfans. It’s written to be understandable. It’s not legal advice. If you use the service, you’re agreeing to these terms.

Eligibility (18+)

You must be 18 years or older to use Slopyfans.
We may require additional age verification later depending on country and payment-provider rules.
If we believe you are under 18, we may restrict or terminate access.

Accounts & access

Access may be invite-only while capacity ramps up.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account (passwords, devices, and access).
If you attempt to bypass safeguards or violate the Policy, we may rate-limit, lock, suspend, or disable your account depending on severity and repetition.

If you think your account is compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.

Generation-only platform (no uploads)

Slopyfans does not provide an upload surface for user-provided media.
Attempts to bypass this via hacking/injection are prohibited. Depending on severity, we may suspend/disable accounts and preserve logs.

Content rules

You must follow the Policy. You are responsible for the prompts you type and for how you use the service.

Minors or youth-coded sexual content
Non-consent / coercion / sexual violence
Real-person impersonation / deepfakes
Exploitation/trafficking and illegal content
Scat/defecation, vomit, or sexualized menstruation-fetish content
Extreme graphic violence, mutilation, or dismemberment sexualized content

If something is illegal where you live, don’t try to generate it here. If you try to bypass safeguards, that’s a violation.

Your responsibilities (plain English)

Don’t attempt to generate illegal content, including anything involving minors.
Don’t use real people (impersonation/deepfakes/lookalikes) or try to doxx/harass others.
Don’t try to break the platform (probing endpoints, injection, scraping, account sharing).
Keep your account secure and don’t let others use it.
Be honest about being 18+.

Content quality

Slopyfans aims to be a high-quality platform. Generated content should reflect that standard.

A minimum resolution applies to all generated images and videos. This exists both for safety and quality reasons.
We reserve the right to remove content that does not meet the platform's quality expectations, even if it does not violate any other rule.
Repeated generation of intentionally low-effort, spammy, or abusive content may result in account restrictions.

The goal is simple: if you're here to create, make it good. We'll keep improving the tools to help you do that.

Coins & tiers (compute time)

Coins represent compute time used to generate content.
Tiers may set limits (e.g., concurrency, resolution, duration).
Payment/provider details may be introduced later; terms will be updated accordingly.

Enforcement

Enforcement is not perfect, but it is real. Depending on severity and repetition, we may:

block a prompt
block a result from appearing in your Vault
rate-limit, lock, suspend, or disable your account

For serious illegal abuse attempts, we may preserve relevant logs and, where appropriate, report to relevant authorities.

Virtual character chat

Slopyfans offers chat with virtual characters. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

Your chat messages and the character's replies are stored to enable memory and continuity between sessions.
The character may build a memory of your preferences and conversation topics over time.
Chat messages are retained for 90 days; character memories persist until you clear them from your profile.
Images generated by a character during chat are saved to your private chat collection and are not publicly visible.
You can delete your full chat history and character memories at any time from your profile settings.
All content rules from the Policy apply equally to chat. Don't attempt to use chat to generate or solicit prohibited content.

Virtual characters are AI-powered. They are not real people. Do not share personal information (passwords, financial details, addresses) in chat.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as the platform evolves. When I do, you may be asked to re-accept them. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
